At Spectrum and Beyond, building a positive rapport between the child and staff is a core focus.  Pairing the child with appropriate staff is one of the most important facets to our program.  The child needs to establish trust with the staff, as well as associate staff with reinforcement.  The child will be much more motivated and successful if he/she is looking forward to the sessions.  If you are interested in applying to work with our wonderful children and families, please DOWNLOAD OUR APPLICATION HERE.
