Rhiannon V James,

MA, FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FAMILY CONSULTANT

Rhiannon James is the founder of Spectrum and Beyond (formerly Spectrum of Hope).  She is a military brat, but is originally from Pittsburgh, PA.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University, and her Master of Art in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University.  Over the past 16 years she has been involved working with families whom have children on the autism spectrum.  She has been hands on as a parent/child therapist, a Behavioral Specialist Consultant, an autism camp counselor, a Treatment Coordinator, and a direct care worker.  She has also been involved in managing and running social groups, and worked as the Assistant Program Director for a Maryland Autism Waiver Provider for several years.  She currently resides in Frederick County with her husband and four wonderful children.
